A WELCOME NOTE

Welcome to Basecamp HQ.

Somewhere between building a career, taking care of people, and keeping up up with expectations, we can lose touch with our curiosity and with the parts of ourselves we once imagined we’d have time to explore.

Meanwhile, there’s a whole world out there.

People we haven’t met. Places we haven’t been. Things we’ve never tried. Work we didn’t know existed. Ideas that might change our minds. And ways of living we may never have imagined for ourselves.

I created The Bungaloom because I want to see what’s possible.

We’ll go places, meet interesting people, try things, learn things, make things, ask questions, and follow our curiosity wherever it leads. Because sometimes we have to experience something different before we can imagine something different for ourselves.

Maybe something we find will inspire a change, awaken an old dream, or give us the courage to try something new. Maybe it will simply remind us that the world is still interesting and there’s plenty of life left to live.
